By accessing and using the ELYRA website (elyra.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable; the final VAT rate is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Promotional offers are valid only for the stated period.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
4. Shipping
We ship within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends). Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary. ELYRA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. In addition to this guarantee, EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Return shipping is covered for EU orders with a prepaid label.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ELYRA and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
ELYRA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law and applicable EU consumer protection law. Consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Milan, Italy.
